To become a member of CILT, one has got to go through several processes. you can either be a member as a: Each category of membership has its own bebefits and previlages.
There is a yearly subscription fee for each member category.
The first step to being a member of CILT is the student membership, one must first pass the certificate level exam inorder to qualify for this category. After passing the exam and getting the required work experience in logistics and transport one can apply for this category of membership.
The fee for this membership category is MK10 000-00 per year renewable yearly.
From the Student member one can then progress to MILT- (Member of Institute of Logistics and Transport) membership whis is a proffessional level membership eligible by attaining the Diploma level qualification
From the MILT membership on may advance to CMILT-Chartered Member of Intitute of Logistsics and Transport. thismembership is for those who have attained the Advanced Level Diploma qualification.
From MILT membership one may pregress to FMILT- Fellow Member of Institute of Logistics and Transport this is the higher level of membership for those with the Advanced level Diploma qualification.
